We specialize in design to build custom metal design fabrication. We thrive on the challenge by taking any raw concept or idea and work with our customers through the design process to a finished product. Even if our customers have only a very vague idea our CAD and detailing engineers can work from concept to final design drawings. Throughout this collaboration process we can assist with value engineering, cost estimates and structural evaluations.
Typically, the first step is for our customers to share their sometimes vague and sometimes very detailed design ideas with us. Throughout this process our design team will collaborate with our customer and produce drawings or sketches. During this process we will also evaluate materials, sizes, finishes and other details which will to be determined. In most cases this step will lead to a final design solution. For example a customer intended to match the railing design with other design cues throughout a building. We received sketches and photographs and provided some design and materials suggestions to our customer.
